  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by any customer.

4. Orders

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

ZiaMart.pk reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order.
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors.
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent orders.
  • Refuse service at its sole discretion.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

We currently support selected payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and other online payment options via directly connect.

Orders may require verification before dispatch.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

ZiaMart.pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

7. Customer Responsibilities

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Products that are opened, consumed, damaged by customers, or purchased during clearance promotions may not qualify for return.
